Seeing is believing. Come tour Venue at the Stables, explore our ceremony site, cocktail hall, grand arena, and suites, and imagine your day unfolding here.
3. Secure Your Date
When you’re ready, secure your wedding weekend with a $500 deposit. We’ll finalize your contract and set up an easy payment plan, so your date is officially yours.
4. Plan Your Wedding
Now the fun begins! You’ll gain access to our private client portal, where you can explore vendor recommendations, decoration options, and planning resources. Make payments at your pace, plan your timeline, and craft your dream day your way.
5. Venue Visits & Final Walkthroughs
In the months before your wedding, we’ll schedule walkthroughs to finalize your layout, rehearsal timing, and key details. These visits ensure everything feels perfect before the big weekend.
6. Rehearsal, Setup & Decor
With full access the day before your wedding, you can decorate, rehearse, and set the stage stress-free. Use our decor collection, bring your own, or combine both for a look that’s uniquely you.
7. The Wedding Day
Your wedding day is here! From the outdoor ceremony site with mountain views to the cocktail hall stalls and the grand arena, every space is yours to celebrate with your loved ones. With no other weddings that weekend, you are our only priority.
8. Clean-Up Day
The day after, you'll have access to gather belongings, return decor, and clean up at a relaxed pace. No rushing - your wedding weekend belongs entirely to you.
9. Wrap-Up
Finally, we’ll settle any remaining balances and celebrate with you as newlyweds who had the wedding of their dreams.

Our venue pricing is structured by guest count to allow flexibility as your celebration grows.

Up to 150 guests — $6,000
150–250 guests — $8,000
250–325 guests — $10,000
325–400 guests — $12,000
Pricing is based on total guest count present on the property.
Final pricing is determined by the confirmed guest count prior to the event.
Events booked prior to March 1, 2026 will retain current pricing.

Payment Processing Fees
For your convenience, Venue at the Stables accepts credit and debit card payments. Payments made by card are subject to a 2.9% processing fee plus $0.30 per transaction, which reflects the third-party processing costs charged to us. This fee is non-refundable.
Clients may avoid this fee by submitting payment via ACH/bank transfer or check.
